The Process to your D’Vinely Ordered Experience:

  1. We begin with a 15-minute Complimentary Discovery Call to discuss your space, goals and challenges. We determine the best service option to refine your space and answer any questions before scheduling your session. This video consultation is conducted via Zoom or FaceTime.

  2. Afte the call, you’ll receive a Personalized Plan/Proposal detailing the scope, cost and proposed approach for your project (with product suggestions if needed) along with the Service Agreement. Note: the Quote does not include cost of organizing supplies.  

  3. On-Site or Virtual Audit, Edit and Space Organization. We simplify and thoughtfully edit, organize, and implement functional systems designed to support your lifestyle.

  4.  Style and Refine: Closets and key spaces are styled for ease and visual clarity, so maintaining your space feels effortless.

Every on-site decluttering and organizing session also includes the following value-added services:

  1. Product research and recommendation to identify and suggest organizing products best suited to your space, style and budget.

  2. One hour dedicated space planning to map-out a functional layout and source approved storage solutions (i.e., bins, shelves, containers). 

  3. Hands-on decluttering support and guidance through what to keep or release–helping you simplify with confidence.

  4. Custom organizing systems tailored to increase functionality infused with style, specific to your lifestyle.

  5. Durable, stylish labels to help you maintain order with ease.

  6. Text/email support throughout the project, plus personalized accountability follow-up within 10 days after completion.

  7. Maintenance Coaching expert tips and strategies to help you sustain your newly organized space.

  8. Schedule donations pick-up (clothing and small household items).

  9. Contractor Coordination–Assist with scheduling appointments with contractors (e.g., handyman, installer) as needed.
